CLASSIC HOPE

With no new talks scheduled between the NHL and NHLPA, Friday it is expected the league will announce the cancellation of the Winter Classic. What that means for the planned outdoor games involving OHL teams is unknown, most likely those games will be postponed until next year, but some current knights are holding on to hope the games still go ahead as planned.

A first for the Ontario Hockey League as it will take its game outdoors. Four teams including the Knights will compete in a double header at Comerica Park. CTV London’s Brent Lale originally broke the story and now has reaction following the official annoucement.
