Jeff Schiller had a successful weekend in Philadelphia. The London Phys-Ed Teacher won Stage Four of the Chesco Grand Prix. “It was a great team effort here from all the Garneau – Quebecor – Norton Rose riders. We have won all 4 stages so far” Schiller told CTV via e-mail.
