Jamie Adgetey-Nelson update
Jamie Adjetey-Nelson is one of six Canadians named to compete at the pan-American events cup next week in Ottawa.
He’s had a tough time with injuries since winning commonwealth gold in 2010.
It was 14 months before he competed in his first Pentathlon this season.
His best so far 7706. Olympic standard is 82-hundred.
