HOMECOMING SPOILERS

A week before hosting their own homecoming game, the Western Mustangs spoiled the party in Guelph with a 15-8 win over the Gryphons (3-1). Jerimy Hipperson rushed for 147 yards and 2 touchdowns for the Stangs who improved to 4-1 in front of almost nine-thousand fans at Alumni Stadium. Donnie Marshall rushed for 116 yards and passed for the exact same number in the victory. The Mustangs return home for their homecoming game next week against Queen’s.

Still think the Stangs will fail in the end. But they should get there.
