There was as time when the Chatham Maroons struck fear into the hearts of their opponents. Beginning in the late 90′s, and more much of the last decade, the Western Jr. B League belonged to the Maroons. They won seven times in nine years. Compared to all that success, Chatham’s hockey team has come nowhere close for a long time. Perhaps things are finally moving back towards the top.
